01. National Museum
The National Museum of Natural History is a museum that covers the natural heritage of Sri Lanka. The museum is located closer to the National Museum of Colombo. It was established on September 23, 1986, and became the only museum in Sri Lanka that represents natural history and natural heritage.
02. Masks Museum:
Mask Museum is located in the south of Sri Lanka at Ambalangoda. along the Colombo-Galle highway and 33km away from Galle
The Ambalangoda main attraction is the Mask Museum, Traditional masks have played an important role in Sri Lankan culture and folklore for centuries. Used for theatrical performances and rituals, these masks are carefully handcrafted by skilled craftsmen who have learnt the art from their forefathers.
